We are all on a journey. My journey began in the Caribbean, born on the beautiful island of Saint Lucia, my heart lies in the sunsets and sunrises over the bluest Caribbean Seas that connect me to the wider world and serve as a constant reminder that each day brings the opportunity to start a fresh.

From St.Lucia, to Barbados, to the UK I am a product of my experiences, my dreams for the future and a fundamental belief that transformative leadership starts with self.

My passion lies in people development, with over twenty years experience as a Leader in Human Resource Management and leadership development I offer my clients a space to Explore how they wish to be in their lives, identify their Opportunities and desires and intentionally take actions to Soar on their life journey as leaders within their professions and leaders in their lives.

The secret to leadership, I have learnt in my own journey and through the life leaders I have been honoured to work with, is to first know what brings meaning to your every day life and set that as your self-leadership compass.

I have consistently seen the power of when our thinking shifts to self-leadership. When I own what I want and know what about it I want is when the magic begins. This was the catalyst for me to pursue coaching, real life leaders recognizing the power of first leading themselves becoming powerful catalyst for change in themselves, their families, their organization and communities- changing the world.
